Dutch Design Award Brabantia

In 2011 Designink and Studio Hert approached Dutch family business Brabantia with proposals for a new product branding. They succesfully implemented our designs resulting in an improved brand positioning and significant sales increase. This year Brabantia won a Dutch Design Award (DDA) in the category Best Client for their excellent commissioning of designers.

For many companies the Dam tot Dam Business Run is an excellent opportunity to achieve a sporting performance with staff or clients. To show this effort, we developed this event-specific logo for our client, the Dutch Victim Support Fund.

Green Freight Europe recognises companies that demonstrate leadership in green freight practices for their entire road freight supply chain. She rewards members with the GFE label (4-leaf-programme for CO2 efficiency). This is visualized in the label’s new visual identity.

Libertas Leiden is specialized in senior healthcare, housing and social support for the residents of Leiden. Late 2014, the changing Healthcare market prompted a new strategy and positioning. After agency selection, Designink was chosen to develop the new corporate identity.

During a period of six months we went from overall concept to every aspect of the new corporate identity, from logo to website to signing. Libertas Leiden operates over 14 locations which are scheduled to reflect the new identity.

Label Green Freight Europe

Green Freight Europe (GFE) has awarded European companies with its ‘first leaf’ – an award given to companies that have shared CO2 data and information on policies, strategy and intentions to reduce CO2 emissions from transport operations. Heineken, IKEA, Krummen Kerzers and Aviko were among the awarded.

In 2010 Studio Hert and Designink.nl developed new product branding proposals for Brabantia. Recently, the Dutch company presented its new vision (Design for Living) featuring the new ’FlatBack Bin’. In this design our proposals are finally executed! We congratulate Brabantia with this new identity and are proud of our contribution to this successful launch!

After an extensive design agency search, Brabantia chose Designink.nl and Studio Hert. Both agencies have joined in developing proposals for a new product branding.

Brabantia manufactures high-quality and durable household goods and exports to over 18 countries. Branding department manager Bart van Elderen:
“We chose Designink.nl and Studio Hert for their creativity and experience in corporate identity. Their draft proposals met our targets and are currently being tested.”

The Furry Foodie™ is the brand name of a new product by Ayrshire Farm (Virginia, USA). This Raw Meat Pet Food is produced at the innovative farm of Sandy Lerner (Cisco Systems, Urban Decay Cosmetics). Designink was responsible for the new Logo and Package Design.

Branding the World Cup 2018-2022

FIFA will announce the winner of the bidding procedure for the World Cups 2018 and 2022 on the 2nd of December 2010. The contestants have not yet won the race, although it seems evident Europe will have preference on hosting the 2018 event.

Meanwhile, all nations are branded with impressive visual identities, brand marks, websites and PR-campaigns to convince FIFA of their qualities. Appointed ambassadors stride to the spotlight and politicians seem to play an important role as well.
